Instructions

Important: If your TiVo has a VPN (like Surfshark) running, turn it off before running the fix. You can turn it back on after.

Do not touch your TiVo until our fix says it's done.

Android App

Download and install the TiVo Fix app on your phone
Connect your phone to the same WiFi as your TiVo
Open the app, enter your email, tap Check Activation
Tap FIX TIVO — done!

Windows PC

Download and unzip TivoFix_Windows.zip
Make sure your PC is on the same WiFi as your TiVo
Double-click TivoFix.bat
Enter your email, tap Check Activation
Tap FIX TIVO — it will scan your network automatically

Mac - iPhones are not supported

Make sure your Mac is on the same WiFi as your TiVo
Open Terminal (search "Terminal" in Spotlight) — Watch this video to see how to find and open Terminal on your Mac. You only need to watch that part of it.
Copy and paste this command, then press Enter:
